Rebate forms are available online but offer must be redeemed by mail. Please refer to your Rebate form for more detailed instructions on submission.

Can I send a copy of my billing statement?

Yes, we will accept a photo copy of pages 1 and 2 of your billing statement as your proof of activation as stated on your Rebate form.

I am set up with auto pay, what can I do?

You can request a copy of your billing statement by contacting your service provider.

Do I still qualify if I submit my rebate after the time specified on my Rebate Form?

If the Rebate Form is submitted or postmarked after time specified, you will not qualify and the offer will be void.

When will I receive my Rebate?

Rebate will be mailed within 10 weeks from the date of properly completing the Rebate submission requirements.

Do I need to provide an email address?

While it is not required, an email address will allow us to provide you with up-to-date information regarding your Rebate submission and tracking information.

How do I check the status of my rebate?

You can check the status of your Rebate by clicking on Track Rebate and completing the requested information.

My status says "Expired, offer is no longer available.", what does this mean?

If submission did not meet the qualifications, offer will be denied. Please refer to the terms and conditions. If you were missing information such as copy of billing statement and/or S&H fee, please contact us by clicking Contact Us to get more detailed information and further instructions.
